Our VPS rentals are custom-configured packages rather than fixed commodity plans. Choose 1 to 4 virtual CPU cores for compatible game-server software, including Minecraft. We help you select a configuration based on the game, expected player count, plugins or mods, and workload.
As a small, capacity-limited provider, we use referrals to protect service quality and maintain manageable customer volume. Services are delivered online, and you receive the scope, price, and service term before authorizing payment.

We verify the referral and confirm that we have capacity for the requested service. Approved customers then receive onboarding details and optional access to our Discord service workspace.

Services start at $10 USD and are individually quoted based on the requested configuration and level of customer service. VPS offerings are custom-configured packages, not fixed commodity plans; each VPS quote specifies its vCPU, RAM, SSD storage, bandwidth, server location, customer-service scope, and service term. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Quotes, invoices, and receipts identify the service purchased, applicable configuration, service or billing period, and final price. We do not charge until you approve the quote. Card charges appear on customer statements as SIGMASTREAMS.
VPN and VPS services are delivered electronically through access credentials and connection or server information. Customer service for purchased services is available through email, phone, or Discord. The expected activation timeframe is included in your quote or order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.
The following baseline refund terms apply unless a more favorable policy is stated in your written quote or required by law:
To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us with your name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
To cancel a recurring service, email us before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Requests received after the next charge has been processed apply to the following billing period. Ending a prepaid or recurring service early does not produce a prorated refund after credentials or dedicated resources have been actively used, except as provided in our refund policy or required by law.
By purchasing or using a service, you agree to the service description, quote, billing term, and policies shown here. Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use a VPN or VPS for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, infringement, attacks, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt networks or services. Customers must follow applicable laws, software licenses, game rules, and third-party platform terms. We may suspend service used in violation of these requirements. Serious abuse, fraud, attacks, malware distribution, or unlawful activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Network speed, latency, availability, and compatibility depend on third-party networks, customer equipment, software, location, and other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee access to any particular game or website, or that every game or software package will be compatible with every VPS configuration. Minecraft and other referenced product names belong to their respective owners; Sigma Streams is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by them.

Information you provide is used to review your request, prepare quotes, deliver and support services, process and document transactions, communicate about your account, assist with referral-based onboarding, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Information shared directly with us may be disclosed to service providers, including our payment processor, when reasonably necessary to process payments, operate or support our services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
